This is awesome. Please know and believe...Heather,
This is awesome. Please know and believe that you are the one who knows Orion best and therefore, you are the person most qualified to know what he is ready to try. Even if you were to try something that he is not "ready" for, he will be okay because he has a trusting relationship with you. Also, your produce section story is lovely. What a great teachable moment for Orion that was relevant to him at in that moment. So many parents of children with deafblindness are trying to learn the language AND teach tactile sign at the same time. I love the produce dept. experience.....this is how concepts are taught to a child with deafblindness. How smart of you to instinctively know how to share this information.

I really enjoy your blog.Kate from Bellview on Riverwoodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05327221109014585443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8203318612989284782.post-27873521619361352292014-04-05T17:08:34.241-07:002014-04-05T17:08:34.241-07:00This is awesome, learned something new with young ...This is awesome, learned something new with young deaf blind children...we had other ways of communicating, but love what you write. AWESOME JOB HEX! :) DBritziushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13069079794756358001noreply@blogger.com
